AICT includes a built-in chat support channel. Click "Talk to support" in the left sidebar to open a conversation with the support team. Use it to report bugs, ask about features or get help with configuration.
Hours and Response Time
Chat support is available on business days from 9 am to 6 pm (Brasília time, UTC−3). Messages sent outside those hours will be answered on the next business day. For common questions, check the other articles in this Knowledge Base before opening a ticket.
