From channel setup to published video, step by step

This guide summarises the complete production flow in AI Content Team, from start to finish. Follow the steps in order for a consistent, professional result.
Step 1 — Initial Setup
Go to the Channel page and fill in your YouTube channel details. Then head to Settings to add your API keys (Google, Gemini, ElevenLabs) and set your language and niche preferences.
Step 2 — Research and Planning
Use the Trends page to discover topics trending in your niche. Add the best ones to the Editorial Calendar and organise your publishing schedule. Open the Calendar to pick a video and start AI script generation.
Step 3 — Video Production
With the approved script, follow the sequence: Avatar (generates the virtual presenter) → Rough Cut (assembles the base video with narration and avatar) → B-Roll (adds supporting footage) → Edit Video (trims and adjusts cuts) → Studio (final assembly and render) → Thumbnail (creates the cover image).
Step 4 — Publishing and Report
With the final video ready, use the Publish page to upload it directly to your YouTube channel. After publishing, track performance via the Email Report digest.
