Three steps to get AI Content Team running in under five minutes

When you first launch AI Content Team, a short onboarding flow guides you through the three required steps. You can complete them in any order, but all three must be done before the production pages become available.
Step 1 — Create Your First Channel
A channel is a YouTube channel you want to manage. Click + New Channel, enter a name and your YouTube Channel ID, then click Save. The Channel ID is found in your YouTube Studio settings.
Step 2 — Complete Your Channel Profile
The Channel Profile tells the AI about your target audience, content style, and goals. Go to Channel Profile from the sidebar and fill in all the fields. The richer the profile, the more accurate the AI-generated scripts and thumbnails will be.
Step 3 — Add Your API Keys
Go to Settings and enter the API keys for the services you want to use. At minimum, add a Claude (Anthropic) key to enable script generation. For video avatars, add a HeyGen key. For thumbnail generation, add a Gemini (Google) key.
After Setup
Once all three steps are complete, the full sidebar unlocks. Start with the Research Phase — open the Dashboard to see a summary of your channel's status and upcoming tasks.
